The Mere, Winter, Scarborough

A winter walk around the Mere fishing lakes offers opportunities to observe swans, geese, and squirrels.
This peaceful walk allows visitors to enjoy nature away from the town's hustle, with numerous trees and plants to admire and photograph.

Please note that there may be uneven ground and muddy conditions in winter; both shorter and longer routes are available.

Refreshments can be obtained at the Mere cafe, and parking is conveniently located near the lake.
